You need these two forms filled out in order to compete in the tournament. The Waiver Form and the Quagga Self-inspection can be printed and filled out before you come to Big Break Saturday July 18th. We will have some blank forms available that morning if you cannot print these out or if you forget them. The Waiver must be turned in to us that morning. The Quagga Self-Inspection form needs to be followed, filled out, and with you throughout the tournament while you are on the kayak.
I also attached the tournament rules section from our club by-laws, in case you haven't the time to go through all of them.
